Healthy Start Missoula is a council made up of Missoula’s early childhood service providers, and coordinated by the Missoula Forum for Children and Youth, a program of the Missoula City-County Health Department. The group meets monthly to collaborate on community-wide projects that benefit Missoula’s families with young children. Contact Anna Semple, Healthy Start Missoula Coordinator, if you are interested in learning more about the council.

Healthy Start Missoula is part of a statewide network of Best Beginnings Councils. Across the state, individual councils work collaboratively to coordinate early childhood services. These councils are not in charge of the Best Beginnings Childcare Scholarships, but can be a great way to link families to local early childhood services. Best Beginnings Councils in other counties can be located using the map below.
