HEALTHY FOUNDATIONS

Healthy Foundations is a home visiting program that provides family support and services designed to support bonding and help parents get their children off to a healthy start. The focus of this program is on promoting healthy growth and development in your baby, supporting you through challenging and stressful moments as new parents, connecting you to other community resources, and promoting strong and healthy relationships between you and your new baby. Our overriding goals are that your baby thrives, you thrive, and your family is happy and strong. Services must occur prenatally or within 2 weeks of birth. This program is completely confidential and voluntary.
